Book Reviewed: Awaken the giant within
Author: Tony Robbins
Other Details: Published on 1991
Book Review:
Author says that we have a giant
within us with which we can do anything and everything. He Suggests three steps
to awake our giants.
Step 1- Making Decisions
Author made a strong decision that he will work
hard and change his lifestyle from rich to poor. Without his strong decision he
would have failed in his life, he says the only thing which differentiate a
successful people and unsuccessful people is their decisions, he says that the
one who do productive works will reach success easily, he says that there are
two reasons why our giant is sleeping, first we avoid taking good decisions,
second ,we don't know the difference between a wish and decision. Author says
that the thought which we make as an action is what is called a decision. So
making a strong decision is very important in our life.
Step 2- PPP Technique
All of us struggle in making good decision for this
he suggests a technique named "Pain and Pleasure Principle"..
All of us know, when we read books we can achieve
good things in our life but many of us feel lazy to do that, the reason for this
is ,we think that reading is painful task. We should overcome the short term
pain to gain the long term pleasure in our life.
Step 3 - Believe
All of us should believe our self that we can do
anything and everything he says two things to make us believe in our self.
First, to eliminate negative believes, second, to increase positive believes.
He says that "what we think we
become"....
So, these are the three steps the author suggests
by which we can awake our gaint within us. And attain success in our life
My opinion about this book:-
This book is really good
and beautiful and it is completely motivational, the one who read this book
will be surely be motivated. Author made me understand that I should believe
myself instead of believing others and I should follow those principles and
awake my giant and attain success to enjoy an happy life.
Thank You.

day, he gets a message from Zara on her birthday. Keshav and his very close friend
got ready to meet.
Then all of sudden they

interesting. Keshav and his friend do lots of investigation to find the culprit
this is one of the best part in this novel. The book keeps you guessing who is
the culprit till end, and it is a good roller-coaster ride with its twist and
turns. As per my perspective this novel is worth reading and also a good
beginner friendly due to the simple language used in it.
