Dear Students,

       Library, KV Dharmapuri proudly announce an online program called "मार्गदर्शन" (means Guidance) for Students, who aspire to become a "DOCTOR or MEDICAL PRACTITIONER" and would like to appear for the "Medical Entrance Exam in upcoming years", on the occasion of  this Librarians Day (12-Aug-2020).

He is presently working in India's Best Medical Institution, All India Institute of Medical Science (AIIMS), New Delhi as Junior Resident. He is a young, dynamic and self motivated Personality.}

Library, KV Dharmapuri wishes Happy 74th Independence day to all the Dear Students, Parents and Teachers. This Independence Month Library, KV Dharmapuri brings you many exiting Activities and competitions to fulfill this month with joy, while learning. So, Lets begin and make it a memorable day.

Here is the list of Internal Activities and Competitions:

1. Open talk with Sh. Mukesh Kumar Prajapat, PGT(History), KV Dharmapuri on the Topic Quit India Movement - 08-Aug-2020 @ 11:00 AM (Completed)
• Open Talk with Mukesh Sir is open to all classes, Maximum number of participation is encouraged
• The link for the meeting will be shared 15 minutes before start of the Program

2. Quiz on Quit India Movement - 09-Aug-2020 to till 14-Aug-2020 (Completed)
• Open to all, Any Student, Teacher and Parent may participate
• All the participants to get participation certificate on scoring more than 50%
• 1st, 2nd and 3rd winners to get Merit Certificate with Prizes on Re-opening of the Vidyalaya
• Another round of quiz may be conducted, if many students get the equal marks
• Only Students are eligible for prizes
• Maximum time of quiz is 8 minutes
3. Best Capture/Photo with National Flag in Ethnic Outfit - 15-Aug-2020  (Completed)
• Capture/Photo should be in any ethnic outfit only
• Students face and National Flag Should be clearly visible

• Independence day Celebration in your own style along with your family members, for example, it can be "Flag hosting Ceremony on your Roof Top or in your Street along with your Family Members" or It can be "A Group Song" or "A Group Dance" or "A Patriotic Skit" or any other your own way of Celebrating Independence Day. 
• Capture a video of Minimum 2 minutes and Maximum 3 minutes
• Entries should be sent @ 9810763498 through Whatsapp or emailed to librarykvdpi@gmail.com 
• All entries must be sent along with the Name, Class and Section
• 1st, 2nd and 3rd winners to get Certificate and Gifts on Re-opening of the Vidyalaya

5. Quiz on Indian National Movements for Independence - 16-Aug-2020 to 21-Aug-2020 (Completed)
• Open to all, Any Student, Teacher and Parent may participate

The results of all the competitions will be declared after completion of all the competitions.

Atma Nirbhar Bharat - Swatantra Bharat

ATMANIRBHAR BHARAT - SWATANTRA BHARAT COMPETITIONS ANNOUNCED BY GOVERNMENT OF INIDA

Dear Students,

            The Government of India has announced following competitions for all the Students on the auspicious occasion of Independence Day. You are requested to kindly go through the details and Participate in the Competitions in large numbers.

Here is the details of the competitions:

1. AtmaNirbhar Bharat – Swatantra Bharat Quiz (Click here to Participate) - Closed Now - Last Date 10-Aug-2020

   About Quiz: As a part of Independence Day Celebrations 2020, an online quiz competition on “Aatmanirbhar Bharat – Swatantra Bharat” will be conducted by Ministry of Defence in coordination with MyGov during 29^th July – 10^th August 2020 in order to create patriotic feeling among youth and masses.

   Salient features:

   • The quiz will be in bilingual format i.e. in Hindi and English.
   • Duration of the quiz will be 5 minutes (300 Seconds), during which a maximum of 20 questions can be answered.
   • There will be ten cash prizes i.e. First, Second, Third and Seven consolation prizes as under:

   (a)     1^st Prize                                    Rs. 25,000/-

   (b)     2^nd Prize                                   Rs. 15,000/-

   (c)     3^rd Prize                                    Rs. 10,000/

   (d)     Consolation Prizes (Seven)       Rs. 5,000/- each

   Terms and Conditions

   (i)  Only Indian Citizens aged 14 years and above can participate in the quiz.

   (ii)     The criteria for selecting successful winners will be “Maximum Correct Answers in the Shortest Time”, subject to the stipulation of 20 questions attempt and 05 minutes duration.

   (iii)    An individual is permitted to participate only once in the quiz.

   (iv)    Any individual who desires to participate in the quiz will be required to provide his/her name, date of birth, correspondence address, email address and mobile number.

   (v)     Bonafide documents (proof of identity, age, address and bank details), will be required to be submitted by the winners after announcement of the result of the quiz. Non-furnishing of the above information/ documents at appropriate stage will render the selection null and void.

   (vi)    The same mobile number and same Email ID cannot be used more than once for participation in the quiz.

   (vii)   Discovery/detection/noticing of use of any unfair/spurious means/ malpractices, including but not limited to impersonation, double participation etc. during the participation in the quiz, will result in the participation being declared null and void and hence, rejected.  The organizers of the quiz competition or any agency acting on their behalf reserves the right in this regard.

   (viii)   Employees, directly or indirectly, connected with organizing the quiz are not eligible to participate in the quiz. This ineligibility also applies to their immediate family members.

   (ix)    Participants can view their score after the last date of the quiz.

2. AtmaNirbhar Bharat – Swatantra Bharat - Essay Writing Competition (Click here to Participate) Active Now - Last Date 14-Aug-2020

About Essay Competition: As a part of Independence Day Celebrations 2020, an online Essary competition on “AtmaNirbhar Bharat – Swatantra Bharat” will be conducted by Ministry of Human Resource Development in coordination with MyGov during _ August – 14^th August 2020 in order to create patriotic feeling among the Students.

• The Essay can only be submitted in English Language.
• The Prizes will be announced Soon.

• Terms and Conditions:

  (i)  Only Indian Students of Class IXth to XII can Participate.
  (ii)     The Top 10 Entries will be forwarded to NCERT to examine the entries at National Level.
  (iii)    Students are advised to keep their entry ready, they will be informed as soon as Mygov.in starts taking the entries. 
  (iv)    Here are the list of 10 topics for students to choose from:
